Lambrecht’s Jewelers Inc. is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:00-5:30 and Saturday 9:00-5:00. Any emails or messages left after hours or during the weekend will be returned the next business day. If you have any questions or difficulty placing an order, please email us at email@example.com.

Return + Refund Policies
Lambrecht’s Jewelers, Inc is dedicated to our customer service and providing the most positive shopping experience for all of our shoppers. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Discounted or customized items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Full priced items in original condition are returnable for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using an insured courier such as UPS, FedEx or USPS. Lambrecht’s Jewelers, Inc. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, full-priced items in original condition are returnable for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Please use our contact page for any inquiries regarding returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unaltered & unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to error are not eligible for return.
In-Stock Merchandise will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom & Special Orders may take an additional 1-2 weeks for processing. Most orders are ready to ship the next business day.
